Who: Board of Directors



Richard Kay is currently Chairman of Sentrillion, Inc. in Reston VA. Kay joined ABS Capital Partners in 2004 as a Special Partner. Previously, he was Founder and CEO of OTG Software, a storage, content and email management software company, which he founded in 1992. OTG was acquired by Legato Systems in May of 2002. Kay then served on the Board of Directors for Legato Systems. Subsequently, EMC acquired Legato Systems in 2003. Kay is a partner in Lincoln Holdings, which holds ownership interest in Washington sports teams, including the Washington Capitals, Washington Wizards and Washington Mystics, as well as the Verizon Center. A native of the Washington area, Kay is also actively involved in the community and has served as Chairman for the annual Best Buddies Gala and as a board member of Venture Philanthropy Partners. Kay also serves on the board of directors of Control Point. He resides in Bethesda with his wife and children.
