In 2007, VPP set in motion its second portfolio. We began raising capital for Portfolio II, landscaping for new investment opportunities, and reflecting on what we learned since our inception so we could refine and improve our approach. We are well on our way towards our $50 million capital raise goal and will make five to eight investments in Portfolio II, beginning in fall 2009.
